The course is primarily tailored to meet the needs of Aviation Part-147 instructors, ensuring they fulfill the requirement for instructional techniques training. It will also be valuable for those aspiring to become aviation technical instructors, mentors, and assessors (EASA Part-147 and Part-145).
Specifically designed for trainers in the aviation industry, this course teaches how to deliver engaging training sessions both online, in the classroom, and in airside environments. You will learn how to optimize learning during sessions by employing a variety of teaching strategies to deliver motivating presentations within a supportive learning environment.

There is no software deemed necessary for this training. The course is suitable for those with no prior knowledge, as well as experienced trainers or training managers looking to add-on or renew their teaching and learning knowledge. |
| Training objectives | After attending this course, participants should be able to develop a company specific Training program compliant with 145 requirements for both Initial and recurrent training. |
| Completion Standard | The full course completion: 100% Upon completion of the course the Participants will generate online training certificate issued by DAS (EL.147.0021), EASA Part-147 approved Maintenance Training Organization (MTO) and will be able to save it directly on the PC (pdf format) and print a copy as required. The certificate should be downloaded to PC right after the course completion. |
| Examination | Short test after each Module. Final exam. Pass mark: 75%. |
| Access | The User receives access to training for a period of 30 calendar days. With the exception of the final examination, the course allows for interruption and resumption at any time as needed. |
