Commission Regulation (EU) 748/2012 of 3 August 2012 established implementing rules for the airworthiness and environmental certification of aircraft and related products, parts and appliances, as well as for the certification of design and production organizations. It defines common technical requirements and administrative procedures for the airworthiness and environmental certification of products, parts and appliances.

| Target Group | · Applicants or holders of approvals and certificates of Part 21 Design & Production Organisations, Office of Airworthiness, Quality Managers & Auditors, Certification Managers & Engineers and Airline Staff. |
| Prerequisites | English language is required- aviation related technical vocabulary, Computer, Internet access

| Training objectives | Upon completion of the course, the participant will be able to understand:

| Completion Standard | The full course completion: 100% Upon completion of the course the Participants will generate online training certificate issued by DAS (EL.147.0021), EASA Part-147 approved Maintenance Training Organization (MTO) and will be able to save it directly on the PC (pdf format) and print a copy as required. The certificate should be downloaded to PC right after the course completion. |
| Examination | Short test after the end of Module. Final exam. Pass mark: 75%. |
| Access | The User receives access to training for a period of 30 calendar days. With the exception of the final examination, the course allows for interruption and resumption at any time as needed. |
