The objective of this training is to ensure that personnel:

• Explain the purpose, structure, and regulatory status of the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM).

• Identify and describe the relationship between the AMM and other approved maintenance documents

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Explain the purpose and regulatory basis of ACAM

• Describe the structure of a risk-based ACAM survey programme

• Identify and apply Key Risk Elements (KREs)

• Differentiate between ramp and in-depth surveys

• Understand the categorisation and analysis of findings

• Explain the responsibilities of competent authorities and CAMO

• Interpret regulatory references under Part-M and Part-ML

This course provides a structured overview of aviation auditing within an EASA maintenance environment. It covers regulatory requirements, audit fundamentals, auditor competencies, and the full audit lifecycle—from planning and evidence collection to reporting and follow-up. Participants learn how to conduct effective audits using appropriate questioning techniques, professional auditor attitude, and objective evaluation of processes, documentation, and personnel.

The course also addresses non-compliances, corrective and preventive actions, closing meetings, and audit reporting, with a strong focus on safety management systems, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Cyber Security fundamentals, cyber threats, cybercrime, and digital forensics. It focuses on protecting information systems, networks, mobile devices, and digital assets against unauthorized access, attacks, and misuse.
